Hi, my name is Patricia Guevara. My practical experience covers the entire spectrum of projects, from small commercial remodels to large corporate campuses, from single-family homes to multi-family buildings. Being an independent designer allows me to share unfiltered ideas with my clients. I can spend more time with each client and still have the competitive edge of a larger firm. This is very beneficial as it can lead to new ideas and concepts.

I have 14 years of experience in Commercial and Residential design. I have extensive Revit experience creating complete construction documents. Team coordination with various consultants in all phases of projects from Design Development to Construction Administration. I have coordinated with consultants including Landscape Architect, Site Planner, Structural Engineer, MEP Designers, and Fire Protection Engineer. I have created complete construction documents in Revit and Auto-Cad for Commercial & Residential projects.

I am experienced in all facets of the design process: concepts, programming, schematic design development, design development, and construction documents. I am familiar with the necessary 3D modeling skills utilized as a part of the solution-oriented team approach to delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
